1. 日本5月出口按年跌10.3%
這也是該相關數值連續3個月下跌。但同期進口則增12.3%,且是連續17個月上升。上月貿易逆差為107億美元,是第二高紀錄。

1. Japan Exports Fall 10.3% in May
It was the 3rd straight month of decline. Imports gained 12.3%, 17th consecutive monthly advance. The country posted a trade deficit of US$10.7B last month, the 2nd biggest record deficit.
2. China Stocks Drops to 9-Month Low
The Shanghai Composite Index decreased 21.6 to 2,621.25, the lowest since Sept 29 after the analysts expected the central bank to raise interest rate and the country lead to a sluggish landing.
3. Korea Aerospace to Raise US$523M
The plane-maker of the nation set the sale price in its initial public offering at US$14.27 each. This may be the largest IPO of the year.
4. Softbank CEO Expects to Reach Agreement on Alipay Soon
Japanese mobile carrier owned one-third of Alibaba, while Yahoo owned 43% stake. Alibaba transferred Alipay to CEO Jack Ma and raised the concern of 2 stakeholders.
5. AirAsia Considers Ordering 220 Airbus Jets
Malaysian budget carrier expected to finalize the deal that may worth US$18B. The transaction may let Airbus surpass a target of having 500 jet orders by the end of this week's show.
6. Samsung Wins 4G Network Project for KDDI
S Korea electronic giant got the order from Japanese mobile carrier to supply equipment to build the network. KDDI expected to start a commercial service using the network in 2012.
7. Thailand May Trade Surplus Hits US$277.5M
The surplus was up from US$797M deficit a month earlier. Overseas shipment climbed 17.6% from a year earlier and the imports gained 33.8%, compared with a 27.9% gain in Apr.
8. Philippine Capital Spending to Climb 20%
The govt also expected its debt-payment ratio in the 2012 budget will drop by as much as 4 percentage points from 22.6% of this year's budget.
9. Flood-hit China Braces for More Storms
The govt expected more heavy rains as several major rivers already swollen in the central and southern region of China. Authorities have evacuated 292,000 people. The rain already left at least 168 people dead or missing.
10. Japan PM May Resign on Condition
Local newspaper said Naoto Kan could announce that he would quit on condition of parliament passing a second extra budget and a bill to issue bonds for this year's budget.
