1. Asian Stocks Drop as FED Cuts Forecast
The MSCI Asia Pacific Index decreased 0.8%, the steepest daily drop in a week. Japan Nikkei 225 Stock Average fell 0.3% and Hong Kong Hang Seng Index lost 0.5%.
 
2. Nissan Expected FY12 Profit to Decline 15%
Japan's 2nd largest carmaker said its net income may drop to US$3.4B in the 12 months ending Mar 2012, because of the disorder from the March quake. But it forecasted to sell 9.9% more cars in the FY.
 
3. Singapore's May Inflation Climbs to 4.5%
The annual gain matched previously reported reading in Apr. From a monthly basis, the price was increased by 0.6%. The central bank forecasted the inflation to be between 3% and 4% this year.
