1. HK Stocks Fall Most in 1 Year
Hang Seng Index dropped 3.1% to close at 21,663.20, the most decline since May 25 2010, as the Euro crisis deepened. The Shanghai Composite Index also slid the most since May 23.
2. Bank of Japan Raises Cut Growth Forecast
The central bank lowered expectations for economic growth to 0.4% from 0.6% for the current fiscal year ending March 2012. It held the benchmark interest rate at a range of zero to 0.1%.
